Manufacturer Warranty: Watches sold with the original manufacturer’s warranty are covered under their terms, which typically protect against defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to the warranty card or documentation provided with your watch for specific details.
Killing Time Independent Warranty: For watches not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we offer a 1 year limited warranty. This covers defects under normal use but excludes:
Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, strap wear, or battery depletion
Tampering, or replacement parts
Unreasonable repairs or adjustments that fall outside manufacturer specifications such as suggested timekeeping ratings, amplitude, etc.
Requests made in bad faith
