All forms of payment may have a settlement period of 24-48 hours.
Upon receipt of funds, all watches are shipped overnight, insured via FedEx.
If a watch is found to be inauthentic and/or physically altered internally or externally with non-OEM parts, the client is eligible for a full 100% refund, including shipping costs, within 72 hours of the delivery date.
The watch must be returned in the original condition as delivered. Once returned and inspected, eligibility for a refund applies using the identical form of the initial payment.
A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns, inapplicable to the terms stated above.
